We are currently seeking a UAE National Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing Customer Service Team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Support Excellence: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Sales Assistance: Provide expert product recommendations, styling advice, and assistance with orders to enhance the customer journey.
- Order Management: Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, buying, and digital operations, to optimize the customer experience.
- Brand Representation: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and luxury service, embodying the Ounass brand values.

What We Look For:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or luxury sales (eCommerce experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle, with a deep understanding of premium brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, live chat tools, and eCommerce platforms.
