We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager to embark on a career in product design.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Research Product Designer, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our product design team with research insights. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to user-centered design processes and help shape the future of our products. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in research, design, and technology, ready to contribute to redefining luxury eCommerce. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research through various methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to identify research needs and objectives.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights.
• Synthesize the research, create user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to communicate findings.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve user experience.
• Support the development of user-centered design solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A passion and curiosity for understanding user needs and enhancing user experiences.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with users and understand their needs and perspectives.
• Must be a UAE National with a family book.
