Our brand marketing team takes care of media, PR, events, and partnerships. It is a central role for promoting Ounass and making sure our message reaches our community. Media involves building relationships with the press to publicise content about our brand. PR or public relations helps shape how the public views our brand. Organising events showcases Ounass and the items we sell, with the help of influencers and press who post about these events on various social media and online platforms. Finally, building third party partnerships helps us acquire new customers and build awareness around our brand.
Digital Marketing
Our digital marketing team works on several different levels. First is social mediamarketing that promotes Ounass on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter. The team also works with influencers who have a large social media presence. Second, SEM/SEO is organic and paid search engine marketing that increases the number of website visitors and sales by elevating the site’s position within search results and through paid ads. Email and SMS are also used to cultivate relationships with potential customers and keep existing customers engaged.
