Marketing Services Executive (Retail Media)

Job Purpose
We’re looking for a Marketing Services Executive to support the execution and performance reporting of retail media campaigns for luxury brands. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign execution while ensuring partners receive insightful, premium-quality reporting that reflects our elevated brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the launch and delivery of digital campaigns across sponsored ads, sponsored display, and offsite placements.
• Liaise with creative, editorial, merchandising, trade, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines and deadlines are met. - Compile, analyze, and deliver post-campaign reports aligned to brand KPIs. Continuously improve internal reporting processes and templates.
• Present clear, actionable performance summaries highlighting ROI, reach, engagement, and optimizations. - Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners regarding campaign performance.
- Support account managers with performance review materials and key talking points.
- Maintain regular communication to reinforce campaign value and investment outcomes.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies and enhance brand outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or campaign performance reporting—preferably within retail media, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting
platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to turn data into stories.
• Client-first mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
