The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the execution of refined, data‑driven, and creatively led digital initiatives that elevate the Ounass brand experience. Key Responsibilities
Performance & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards that reflect the performance of paid, owned, and earned channels with accuracy and clarity.
Track customer acquisition, app engagement, and channel KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
Maintain UTM structures to ensure flawless tracking across all campaigns.
Deliver brand‑specific campaign insights that highlight opportunities for refinement and growth.
Conduct competitive benchmarking to understand luxury market dynamics and emerging digital trends.
Evaluate influencer performance and consolidate monthly cost and ROI reports.
Support deeper analysis of organic social performance to guide content and engagement strategies.
Campaign Coordination
Assist in the setup and optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns, including keyword research and ad copy development.
Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, translations, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and reflect Ounass’ luxury standards.
Submit creative and technical briefs through Jira and follow through to execution.
Support the management of promotional codes, tracking requirements, and campaign readiness.
Maintain the digital marketing calendar and ensure alignment across internal teams.
Monitor campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables meet brand expectations.
Social Media & Content Support
Contribute to the creation of the social media calendar, ensuring product selections and hashtags reflect brand tone and seasonal priorities.
Schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Stories.
Trial new content formats and report on performance to support continuous innovation.
Support social listening efforts and highlight relevant insights to the team.
Coordinate with merchandising to ensure product availability ahead of key posts.
Assist with social photoshoots and content production as needed.
Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify and evaluate new influencers who embody Ounass’ luxury positioning and values.
Coordinate influencer briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals.
Manage influencer contracts, payments, and compliance requirements.
Track influencer content performance and consolidate reporting for internal review.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Customer Service to ensure readiness for major campaign launches.
Work closely with Digital Merchandising and Trading teams to align product priorities with marketing initiatives.
Support push notification scheduling when required.
Assist in monitoring budgets, costs, and performance targets, flagging any variances proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e‑commerce, retail, or a luxury‑focused environment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Passion for digital marketing, performance media, and luxury retail.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adjust.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
