The trading team’s primary responsibility is to deliver what has been committed in the P&L, working across functions to ensure all targets are met. They work closely with the digital marketing and brand marketing teams to generate the traffic needed on the platform, both through reactivation of our existing customer base and the acquisition of new customers. In parallel, with the merchandising, content, and editorial teams, they plan out what is communicated with the goal of converting this traffic into sales. They also work closely with the operations teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service, and last mile) to ensure that every order is delivered on time.
