Head Performance Marketing & Insights
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing & Insights to support performance marketing growth while providing deep analytical insights into campaign efficiencies, budget allocations, and ROAS optimization, boosting CAC and LTV.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who can identify opportunity areas spaces, validate hypotheses with data, and present data-driven solutions, AB Testing roadmap ensuring best ROAS across all digital channels, combined with strong hands-on expertise in paid media, customer acquisition, and digital marketing performance tracking.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead in budget forecasting, channel-mix modelling, and Campaign Performance analysis, ensuring the best ROAS across digital channels and hyper-personalized marketing messaging. You will also collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Marketplace, and CRM teams to align marketing spend with overall business objectives across all dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Performance & Growth Strategy
Assist in defining and implementing a data-driven performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Influencer channels.
Drive ROAS optimization, acquisition efficiencies, and customer retention strategies by leveraging insights and predictive modeling.
Contribute to investment allocation between all digital channels, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth.
Oversee campaign execution, budget pacing, and best in class performance tracking to ensure all paid media investments align with business KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and commercial teams to recommend and test investment scenarios and media allocation strategies.
Marketing Analytics, Insights & Forecasting
Collaborate with Data teams to enhance marketing performance reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and actionability.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns performance across various digital channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Identify key marketing opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and use data to validate and present actionable solutions for improving customer lifetime value (LTV), acquisition efficiencies (CAC), and marketing spend effectiveness.
Guide and present weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Work closely with data engineering & BI teams to ensure seamless data integration from eCommerce, CRM, and app + web analytics sources into the data lake.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing space.
Test and experiment with new digital platforms, ad formats, and technologies to find new opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years' experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, and / or growth marketing, preferably in eCommerce, retail or Travel, or DTC brands.
Deep expertise in media mix modeling, marketing budget forecasting, and ROAS optimizations.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing execution (Google Ads, Meta, Snap tiktok, Influencer, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools (bonus).
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Growth, and Data Science teams.
Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
