We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Partner Services Intern to join our Planning Team team at Ounass. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing?
Support the Partner Services team in day-to-day operations to ensure excellent onboarding and ongoing management of brand and vendor relationships.
Assist with processing and validating partner product data, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to marketplace standards.
Coordinate with merchandising, buying and logistics teams to resolve partner queries and expedite issue resolution.
Monitor partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Help prepare partner contracts, onboarding documentation and system access set-up under supervision.
Support the implementation of promotions, price updates and catalogue changes with partner approval and internal stakeholders.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and take ownership of assigned actions to meet tight deadlines.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation and internal knowledge sharing to scale Partner Services operations.
Provide excellent partner-facing communication, maintaining a professional and customer-centred approach at all times.
Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as competitor analysis, market research and partner training materials.
We are looking for…
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion or a related discipline.
A keen interest in e‑commerce, luxury retail or brand partnerships.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data validation and using internal systems; experience with ERP/Catalogue tools is desirable but not essential.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, positive and service‑oriented attitude.
Prior customer service, retail or operations experience (internships or part‑time roles) is advantageous.
Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
