Job Purpose
The role is a service-driven Café Manager to lead the café operations within our luxury retail store. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional, refined hospitality experience that aligns seamlessly with the brand and customer-centric values. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, lead the team, provide excellent service, and while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest engagement
What you will be doing
Deliver an elevated, personalized café experience reflective of a luxury brand environment
Ensure exceptional service standards, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with discretion and professionalism
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, labor costs, and cost of goods to meet financial targets
Oversee all café operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance across FOH, bar, and kitchen
Own operational standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement across service and back-of-house processes
Identify operational risks and lead issue resolution and escalation when required
Own café performance against key KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, waste, guest satisfaction)
Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and waste control
Own performance management, feedback, and development plans for café staff
Ensure structured onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development for all café team members
Act as the main point of contact between café operations and internal stakeholders (mainly Operations)
Coordinate with HR on policies, regulations, staffing, and performance processes
Support the execution of promotions, launches, and special activations in collaboration with relevant teams
What we are looking for?
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and customer engagement. Knowledge of specialty coffee, premium food offerings, and café operations preferred
Ability to build healthy working relations with business executives, vendors, and peers.
Ability to effectively manage time spent on various tasks and prioritize.
