Talent Acquisition Executive (MAT Cover)
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding high-caliber candidates for their assigned divisions. They will work closely with business leaders to manage recruitment strategies and ensure hiring aligns with approved budgets.
What you will be doing?
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract the widest pool of candidates.
- Advertise job openings on external platforms, including social media.
- Screen, shortlist, and select potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews following Al Tayer Group’s hiring policies.
- Manage post-interview feedback with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and selection assessments as per company policy.
- Ensure recruitment policies and approval processes are followed.
- Use only approved communication templates for candidate interactions.
- Support smooth onboarding for all new hires in collaboration with Onboarding Administrators.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Actively source industry professionals for talent pipelines, especially for high-turnover and critical roles.
- Provide job descriptions to candidates before interviews.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers.
- Keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
- Use data and metrics to improve sourcing strategies.
- Gather salary insights from candidates for market intelligence.
- Stay proactive in personal development and knowledge of Al Tayer Insignia brands.
- Keep up to date with UAE labor laws and inform the team of relevant changes.
What we are looking for?
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting in a retail, hospitality or a customer facing industries.
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume hiring environment.
- Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
- Working experience of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
