We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Associate Planner to play a key role in executing our merchandise planning strategy. This role will develop seasonal and yearly sales plans, manage inventory, forecast, and optimise product allocations to maximize sales and profitability. The Associate Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in executing the merchandise planning strategy by analyzing historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with sales and margin targets.
• Track and analyze category/brand sales, gross margin, and sell-through performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Develop replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with Buying, Commercial, and Finance teams to align assortment planning and business objectives.
• Assist in creating sales budgets and forecasts, leveraging customer insights and forward trends.
• Monitor and adjust in-season product performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
• Partner with vendors and supply chain teams to manage replenishment and inventory allocation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and store visits to evaluate brand performance and market positioning.
• Provide input on promotional markdowns and pricing strategies to optimize sell-through and profitability.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Planners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in merchandise planning within a multi-channel retail organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using planning systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A passion for luxury fashion and e-commerce.
