• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain up-to-date product displays and ensure adherence to company standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar sales advisory role is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team goals.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous such as Arabic & Russian.
