Brand Activations Executive
Job Purpose
The brand activations executive is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of various brand events. These events are designed to promote the brand, engage external audiences or clients, and drive sales. This role ensures that all events run smoothly and successfully, consistently aligning with the company’s overall marketing and branding strategies.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting event planning, budget management, vendor coordination, and overseeing on-site management to ensure flawless execution.
- Assisting in creating event timelines, managing logistics, and supervising on-site execution with precision.
- Managing event budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and delivering financial reports to senior management.
- Coordinating with external partners and agencies for event participation and strategic collaborations.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop event-specific campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and targeted advertising strategies.
- Managing event invitations, RSVPs, and guest lists, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Conducting post-event evaluations, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Preparing comprehensive event reports, highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable insights for future events.
- Leveraging PR agency expertise to align with strategic business development initiatives and amplify brand impact.
- Fostering a positive, collaborative attitude within the team and during client interactions, ensuring strong partnerships and relationships.
- Utilizing extensive press and events experience to enhance the effectiveness of business development efforts and drive growth.
- Prioritizing exceptional event production to deliver seamless and memorable client experiences that align with brand objectives.
- Managing administrative tasks for events, ensuring efficient coordination with vendors, suppliers, and clients for optimal results.
- Crafting persuasive pitching decks, demonstrating advanced press knowledge, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identifying and building strong relationships with key editors to maximize impactful media coverage and event visibility.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to drive successful business development outcomes and deliver high-impact results.

Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
Years of Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in event planning and coordination preferably in the fashion industry or e-commerce sector
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
