We are seeking a UAE National Human Resources Executive to join our People team and play a key role in driving our Emiratisation agenda while helping shape the employee experience at Ounass. As part of one of the most forward-thinking and impactful People & Culture teams in the region, you'll help attract, develop and support Emirati talent while gaining exposure across recruitment, employee experience, engagement and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer administration, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Drive Emiratisation programmes and initiatives by identifying talent pipelines, liaising with government bodies and education partners, and tracking national hire targets.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations enquiries, providing guidance on policies, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters where required.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, probation tracking and exit formalities to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Maintain HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with external providers and resolving employee queries.

• Contribute to learning and development initiatives, including coordination of training sessions, enrolments and feedback collection.

• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support compliance with UAE labour law and local regulatory requirements.

• Prepare HR metrics, dashboards and reports to identify trends and support data-driven decision making.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams across the business on cross-functional projects and people initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• UAE National (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience within HR, recruitment, people operations or a related field.

• Good understanding of UAE labour law and Emiratisation initiatives.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.

• Curious, ambitious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

• Comfortable embracing new technologies and AI tools to work smarter, automate workflows and streamline processes.

• Excited by innovation and open to challenging traditional ways of working to improve the employee and candidate experience.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
