Senior Trading Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Digital Trading Coordinator to join our Trading team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the day-to-day trading performance of the website while supporting strategic insights and execution across campaigns.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, and Tech to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take increased ownership of commercial insights and reporting to directly support senior stakeholders with deeper, actionable analysis
Identify performance trends and proactively flag risks or opportunities with supporting data and recommended next steps
Contribute to budget-related tracking and reporting, building understanding of the commercial factors behind financial planning
Support the development of onsite trading strategy by providing performance data and monitoring execution quality across trading initiatives
Executing day-to-day trading across the website, ensuring timely and accurate updates in line with the trading calendar
Running and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reports, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance and highlighting key trends and basic insights to the Digital Trading Manager/ Senior Digital Trading Manager
Supporting campaign execution by setting up and validating promo codes, coordinating site merchandising, and ensuring all onsite elements are aligned and live as planned
Ensuring execution accuracy across all trading activities, proactively identifying and resolving errors impacting site performance or customer experience
Supporting category-level trade reporting, providing clear and concise performance updates and flagging risks or opportunities
Collaborating with CRM and Marketing teams to support the delivery of weekly communications and campaign launches
Conducting regular site walks to ensure strong product visibility, correct merchandising, and an optimal customer journey
Monitoring performance against targets and budgets, escalating any deviations or issues promptly
Working closely with Digital Trading and Merchandising teams to support assortment visibility and trading priorities through data-led actions
Supporting weekly trade meetings by preparing reports, sharing key updates, and tracking follow-ups
Handling ad-hoc trading requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment
Performing basic competitor analysis, sharing relevant observations with the wider team
Maintaining strong coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Tech) to ensure smooth execution of trading plans
Informally support and guide Trade Coordinator colleagues through peer mentoring, sharing knowledge, and assisting with their development
Model strong ownership and execution standards, acting as a benchmark for junior team members
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Analytics, or any related field
2-4 years of experience working in a high volume, high quality, fast-paced environment
Experience in E-commerce or retail with digital capabilities is an advantage
Experience in data analysis / reporting and presentation delivery
Working knowledge of BI tools and reporting platforms, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and present data effectively
Strong reporting and data visualization skills, able to translate data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
Basic analytical capability, with a structured approach to identifying trends, patterns, and performance drivers
Strong ownership mindset with a data-driven approach; takes initiative in using data to drive decisions, challenge assumptions, and follow through on outcomes without waiting to be directed
Proactive problem-solver; identifies issues, takes ownership of finding root causes, and drives resolution with practical solutions rather than escalating without context
Customer-centric thinking, with an understanding of how trading actions impact the overall customer journey and experience
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present information to cross-functional teams
Good organizational and project coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
Strong business and commercial awareness, with a basic understanding of e-commerce trading principles and performance metrics
