The Growth Analyst will be part of the Growth team, reporting to the Growth Hacker, and will support the execution of personalization initiatives. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, combining structured execution with independent data exploration to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and business performance.
What you will be doing?
Execute analytics, experimentation, and personalization initiatives, under guidance from senior team members.
Build deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, segments, and personalization performance to support product and algorithm decisions.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, ensuring results are statistically sound and clearly interpreted.
Produce clear analysis outputs (tables, dashboards, documentation) that support decision-making and rollout readiness.
Proactively explore data to identify new personalization, ranking, or targeting opportunities beyond the existing roadmap.
Test new ideas through exploratory analysis, lightweight models, heuristics, or offline evaluations before escalation.
Partner with senior team members to validate promising ideas and turn them into experiments or product initiatives.
Support the development, evaluation, and iteration of personalization algorithms and models in collaboration with senior Growth team members, Data Science, Tech/MLOps teams – and work independently when needed.
Contribute to feature analysis, model evaluation, monitoring, and post-launch performance reviews.
Develop, validate, and iterate on machine learning models for personalization (e.g., recommenders, ranking, propensity models, segmentation).
Work towards the full ownership of the model lifecycle: feature design, training pipelines, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Build analytical or prototype implementations to validate algorithmic ideas prior to productionization.
Support other Growth team members with ad-hoc analyses, experiment read-outs, and investigative deep dives.
Act as a reliable execution partner who helps move ideas from concept to validated outcome.
Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and technical specifications for personalization products and experimentation.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams through development, QA/testing, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
3+ years in an analytical position
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete data, and evolving problem statements, while maintaining analytical rigor.
Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, including advanced SQL, Tableau, and analytical reporting/dashboarding.
Proficient in SQL and Python, with the ability to build analytical pipelines and develop machine learning models (end-to-end preferred).
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) for data workflows, model deployment, and production monitoring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
