Job Title: Product Manager – Non-Fashion Verticals (CCE)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite hybrid)
Passionate about luxury, product, and technology? Join Ounass, the definitive home of luxury in the Middle East. While we’re best known for fashion, we also curate exceptional beauty, home, and jewelry & watches experiences for customers across the region. Part of the Al Tayer Group and based in Dubai, we’re a diverse, fast-moving team building premium e-commerce experiences at scale.
Join Us as a Product Manager at Ounass
We’re looking for a Product Manager to shape and grow the Custom Category Experience (CCE) for our non-fashion categories, with Beauty as a primary focus, alongside Jewelry & Watches and Home.
Non-fashion is a key growth pillar for Ounass. This role is responsible for driving conversion and GMV growth in these categories while preserving the premium storytelling and visual standards expected of a luxury brand.
You’ll own a core product area end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, data, content, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact, localized experiences.
This role requires 2–3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership and measurable impact.
Based in Dubai. Remote working is not available.
What is the Custom Category Experience (CCE) domain?
The Custom Category Experience (CCE) is about how each non-fashion category performs and feels as a whole commercially, experientially, and aesthetically.
Each category has distinct customer needs, decision drivers, and browsing behaviours. CCE exists to ensure these differences are intentionally designed for, enabling stronger conversion, clearer decision-making, and a more compelling luxury experience.
Scope of the Role (CCE – Non-Fashion)
You own the end-to-end customer journey for non-fashion categories, with a strong emphasis on Beauty. Rather than optimising isolated features, you are accountable for category performance, working across UX, UI, and product capabilities.
Key areas of ownership include:
Category-level UX & UI: Designing and evolving category-specific journeys that help customers browse, compare, and purchase confidently in a luxury context.
Conversion & GMV growth: Owning commercial performance and delivering product improvements that move conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase.
Premium storytelling & experience quality: Balancing inspiration, editorial storytelling, and visual standards with clarity, usability, and ease of purchase.
Experience innovation: Applying modern UX patterns and emerging technologies including AI-driven personalisation and, where relevant, AR-led experiences.
Category-specific journeys: Shaping tailored experiences for Beauty, Jewelry & Watches, and Home rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
This is a greenfield opportunity in many areas, including rethinking journeys, redesigning UX/UI, and raising the bar for non-fashion luxury e-commerce in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for your area within the CCE pod.
Use data, experimentation, and user insight to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Partner closely with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, high-quality journeys.
Collaborate with engineering, data, content, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impact.
Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly.
Apply strong product judgement, focusing on outcomes over outputs.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or consumer digital products.
Strong product sense with an interest in UX and customer journeys.
Experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
Solid stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Google Analytics (or equivalents).
Interest in luxury, beauty, home, or lifestyle e-commerce.
