As we continue to redefine how luxury is experienced across digital channels, we are looking for a visionary Social Media Manager to lead our presence across social platforms and shape the way we connect with today’s modern luxury consumer.
In this role, you will define and drive the social media strategy for Ounass, leading the creative vision, storytelling, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. You will oversee a talented social team and work closely with Content, Creative, Editorial, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing to deliver rich, culturally relevant content that inspires, engages, and influences our community.
This role is both creative and analytical—requiring instinct, taste, and strong digital fluency, as well as the ability to translate engagement into meaningful results. You will bring a luxury aesthetic, a strategic mindset, and a passion for culture, fashion, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Our Social Vision
Define and execute a multi-platform social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Tailor content and storytelling per platform to maximize engagement and brand impact.
Oversee daily publishing, campaign activation, and community engagement.
Manage, mentor, and inspire the social media team to deliver best-in-class content and performance.
Ensure all social output reflects the Ounass tone, aesthetic, and values.
Drive Performance & Collaboration
Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, Media, and Analytics to drive measurable impact.
Benchmark social growth and engagement against global luxury standards.
Lead UGC-style content and influencer partnerships aligned to brand priorities.
Manage relationships and organic deliverables with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google).
Shape Creative & Editorial Storytelling
Guide content ideation, attend shoots, and review campaign creative.
Build storyboards, visual directions, and copy aligned to brand and seasonal narratives.
Deliver culturally relevant social storytelling across Ramadan, Fashion Weeks, National Days, and key moments.
Stay at the forefront of cultural, fashion and digital trends to keep Ounass culturally resonant and future-focused.
Approve all final social content to ensure luxury aesthetic and consistency.
What You’ll Bring
7–10 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand strategy, ideally within luxury fashion or beauty.
Proven ability to merge creative intuition with data-driven insight.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and global fashion trends.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Editorial sensibility and a refined approach to luxury visual storytelling.
