Assistant Planner
Job Overview
In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth workflows, accurate data management, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to planning systems, tools, and business processes that power one of the region’s leading luxury platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop a strong understanding of central planning strategies and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
- Maintain high data accuracy across all planning tools, including RMS reports, Saber, Edit, and the Transfer Tool.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently to support the function and peers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Compliance, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to support seamless operations.
- Develop a working knowledge of Saber and Compliance processes to meet functional needs.
- Ensure that transfer tools and trackers are updated and distributed promptly to maintain accurate reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Excel and data manipulation to support planning processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset — taking ownership of assigned areas and contributing to weekly cross-functional meetings.
- Eagerness to learn, evolve, and contribute to improving central planning processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
