The Digital Operations Excellence Manager will lead strategic initiatives to eliminate operational waste, improve SLAs, and enhance the luxury customer experience. He/She will leverage expertise in Six Sigma, automation, and robotics, drive cost-efficient process improvements that elevate service levels. He/She will be working closely with cross-functional teams, standardize workflows, develop training materials, and track financial and operational performance.
What you’ll be doing?.
- Leading strategic initiatives focused on eliminating operational waste, improving SLAs, and delivering luxury convenience through faster and more efficient service
- Providing process engineering expertise to internal teams, supporting in optimizing workflows and driving efficiency
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities using data analysis, customer feedback, and key metrics to enhance operational processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operational excellence initiatives with business objectives and customer expectations
- Driving the adoption of automation, robotics, and Six Sigma methodologies to scale operations and improve service levels
- Evaluating and implementing innovative tools and technologies to enhance fulfillment speed and accuracy
- Developing and optimizing workflows for offline pop-ups and physical processes, ensuring seamless integration with digital operations and maintaining high service standards
- Overseeing the execution of operational excellence projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of initiatives aimed at improving SLAs and customer experience
- Providing technical expertise in process engineering to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across all business units
- Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to standardize best practices and support operational scalability
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement automation and robotics solutions, optimizing fulfillment and physical operations
- Ensuring seamless execution of offline pop-ups by developing processes that integrate with digital operations and maintain luxury service standards
- Acting as the key point of contact for operational troubleshooting, resolving issues to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency
- Facilitating regular reviews of workflows and systems, proposing enhancements to improve cost efficiency and service levels
- Partnering with technology and product teams to implement tools and systems that support operational goals, ensuring scalability and innovation
- Guiding cross-functional teams by sharing expertise in process engineering and driving alignment on key operational excellence initiatives
- Acting as a subject-matter expert, supporting internal teams in adopting best practices and optimizing workflows
- Partnering with Training to ensure materials effectively support the implementation of new tools and processes
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, effective communication, and knowledge sharing across departments
- Promoting data-driven decision-making and a customer-first approach to ensure operational activities align with business goals

What We Look For:
- 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, supply chain or process engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce where automations and robotics used
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to align and influence diverse teams across the organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to track and enhance performance metrics
- Understanding the unique requirements of luxury fulfillment, including personalized service and high-value inventory handling
- Knowledge of fulfillment automation and robotics technologies to optimize operational performance
- Proficiency in applying Six Sigma and Lean tools to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve SLAs using process engineering principles
- Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders across diverse teams
- Proactive and self-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable results
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
