Join Us as a Catalogue Product Manager at Ounass:
At Ounass, we’re seeking a Catalogue Product Manager to lead the optimization of our end-to-end buyer journey, delivering a world-class luxury e-commerce experience. In this role, you’ll drive the enhancement of our Catalogue Chapter, fully owning a key vertical, including its annual roadmap, product strategy, OKRs, and leading the business to align around a compelling product vision.
The Catalogue Chapter spans two core domains:
Discovery: Home & navigation, search UX and ranking, PLP, category pages, and shop-in-shop landing pages.
Selection: PDP, size guides, stock information, and personalization features.
With a growth mindset and a customer-first approach, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across all areas of the business to deliver localized, category-specific experiences that resonate across diverse markets.

This is a mid-level PM role, you are required to have 2-3 years previous experience in a product manager position managing a tech team and delivering impact.
The role is BASED IN DUBAI - role is onsite hybrid. Remote working is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and Execute Catalog Product Strategy:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals across all categories.
Identify opportunities to enhance product data accuracy, enrichment, imagery, personalization, and content presentation to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Drive Conversion, Retention, and Data Accuracy through Analytics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of catalog features and data quality.
Leverage data analytics, market research, user studies, and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies for improving conversion rates, retention, and product discovery across the catalog.
Enhance Customer and Business Experience:
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly catalog experiences that meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
Ensure access to comprehensive, localized, and accurate product information, empowering customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Develop category-specific catalog strategies to ensure relevance and appeal across different markets and product verticals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, data science, content, marketing, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful solutions.
Partner with the catalog operations and data teams to maintain high-quality, structured product data that supports business objectives.
Subject Matter Expertise and Advocacy:
Act as a subject matter expert for catalog and product data management best practices, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in catalog and e-commerce optimization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the business.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Maintain transparent, cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful execution of the catalog strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-3+ years) in product management with a focus on catalog management, e-commerce platforms, or data optimization.
Strong understanding of data quality, taxonomy, and content optimization principles.
Familiarity with A/B testing, data analytics, and personalization strategies.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
