Product Manager (Omnichannel)
We are currently looking for a Product Manager (Omnichannel) to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible in spearheading the transformation of the customer journey across both physical and digital channels. Going beyond winning in the digital space while also building on our success stories with our omnichannel presence (like the Ounass x Skims pop-up). Collaborating with teams such as buying, merchandising, personal shopping, logistics, operations, and customer care to deliver a unified shopping experience. Balancing business goals with customer needs and ensuring smooth operations from the pre-order to post-order stages. Bridging the gap between online and in-store, and creating an exceptional and cohesive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving product strategy by working with teams such as buying, merchandising, personal shopping, logistics, operations, and customer care to ensure a cohesive Ounass omni-channel experience. Shaping the entire customer journey, from pre-order activities like exploring products and managing stock, to post-order processes like returns and refunds.
- Gathering customer insights and mapping the journey by leveraging observations and qualitative research to continuously enhance the omni-channel experience, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
- Making data-driven decisions by analyzing customer behavior and operational aspects of the business to inform decisions, identifying patterns and opportunities to improve the product.
- Ensuring timelines and commitments are met, especially in a time-sensitive business due to seasons and campaigns, managing dependencies, and overseeing the smooth delivery of projects.
- Balancing business goals by managing customer expectations and needs while aligning them with the company's broader objectives.
- Facilitating stakeholder communication and management by conducting regular meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure alignment on omni-channel goals and initiatives.
What we are looking for….
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of 4+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or related industry.
- Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury fashion industry.
