Associate People Business Partner
Job Overview -
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the delivery of People & Culture initiatives across an assigned business function. Covering the complete employee lifecycle, the role includes talent acquisition, employee services, engagement, employee relations, learning initiatives, HR projects, and process improvement. Working closely with business leaders, managers, and colleagues across remote and office-based teams, the successful candidate will help create a consistent and engaging employee experience while ensuring People & Culture practices remain aligned with business priorities and company policies.
What You’ll Be Doing -
• Supporting the alignment and delivery of People & Culture initiatives against wider business objectives
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for remote and office-based positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and appoint high-quality talent
• Building trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees and providing day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle
• Working closely with HR Shared Services and the wider People & Culture team to ensure HR processes, policies, and employee services are delivered effectively
• Guiding managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices while promoting consistency and compliance across the business
• Supporting employee relations matters and working with managers and employees to resolve people-related issues fairly and appropriately
• Identifying employee development needs and coordinating learning initiatives that support individual and business growth
• Planning and delivering employee engagement, wellbeing, and team initiatives that strengthen culture and collaboration
• Leading assigned People & Culture projects from planning through to execution, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Using AI-powered tools, automation, and digital HR solutions to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience
• Preparing and analysing HR metrics and reports to support data-informed decisions and People & Culture priorities
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers across recruitment, learning, wellbeing, engagement, and other HR initiatives
• Supporting employer-branding and recruitment campaigns that strengthen our employer value proposition and attract talented candidates
• Contributing ideas and recommendations that continuously improve People & Culture processes and services
What We’re Looking For -
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced and evolving organisation
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and recognised best practices
• Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee-retention practices
• Understanding of performance-management processes and employee development
• Awareness of organisational culture, structure, and change-management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage employees and leaders at all levels
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address HR matters thoughtfully and practically
• Strong organisation and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• An interest in AI, automation, and digital solutions that improve HR processes and employee experiences
• A collaborative, trustworthy, and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in English
