Quality Check Coordinator

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Buying team and brand partners
Ensure consistent communication with vendors to resolve outstanding issues
Track, investigate, and communicate findings related to vendor chargebacks
Record and monitor vendor compliance issues, and reconcile monthly vendor charges and damages
Monitor and facilitate the return process for damaged items
Create seasonal damage reports by brand, category, and SKU level
Collaborate with relevant teams to initiate and suggest process improvements; report and escalate concerns as needed
Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure all incoming products are processed through quality control
Support product inspections to ensure alignment with quality, fit, and style standards
Analyze damaged items using knowledge of product fit, brand details, and market trends; provide exception handling and resolution guidance
Partner with the Buying team and vendors to address issues that fall outside standard procedures
Coordinate and lead product review meetings to identify product issues and facilitate resolutions
Provide structured feedback and make informed recommendations to resolve product-related conflicts
Liaise with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve queries related to inbound deliveries, quality checks, and damages
Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness
